We review current project status, contracts, registers and priorities. Then we implement the SiteDesk CA system.

2. Manage the workflow

You receive clear updates and a short written snapshot of what is done, what is pending, and what decisions are needed.

Australia-wide: We work remotely within your systems (email, Sheets/Excel, Procore, Aconex, etc.) and coordinate closely with your site team.

Base subscription

Base CA Subscription

Your foundation CA package, delivered month-to-month, per project. Includes implementation of Axis systems and Security of Payment Act compliant processes from day one.

Ideal when: The project is approaching PC and you need disciplined close-out to protect final payments.

Program Creation & Monitoring

$500 + GST / month / project

  • Support for EOT narratives aligned to program impacts

Ideal when: The client requires regular program reporting or the project has tight time pressures and sequencing risk.

Note: Add-on pricing can be adjusted for unusually high or low project intensity (e.g. accelerated programs, complex stakeholder environments, or minimal trade load).

Bundle and multi-project discounts

Where multiple add-ons or multiple projects are engaged, SiteDesk applies discounted pricing to reflect efficiencies and continuity of delivery.

Multiple add-ons (same project)

  • 2 add-ons: 15% discount on add-on fees
  • 3+ add-ons: 20% discount on add-on fees

Discounts apply to add-on fees only (base subscription excluded).

Multiple projects

  • 2 active projects: 5% discount on total monthly subscription fees (base + add-ons)
  • 3+ active projects: 10% discount on total monthly subscription fees (base + add-ons)

Discounts apply while projects are concurrently active under subscription and are calculated on the combined base and add-on fees.

Discount eligibility is assessed at onboarding and reviewed if project intensity changes. Discounts are not cumulative unless agreed in writing.

No, subscriptions are month-to-month. Scale support up or down as workload changes.

Is pricing per project or across all projects?

Pricing is per month, per active project. If you have multiple projects running concurrently, each project is priced individually based on the selected tier.

How quickly can you start?

We typically onboard and commence within days. Once access to current registers, contracts, and key documents is provided, we can begin adding value immediately.

Do you replace an in-house CA?

We can supplement an existing CA, cover workload gaps, or act as a fully outsourced CA function depending on the tier selected and project requirements.

How do you manage multiple stakeholders?

We coordinate closely with your site team, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining clear registers and written communication to ensure accountability and timely decision-making.

Who will be carrying out the contract administration work?

All contract administration work is led and overseen by the Director of SiteDesk, who has over a decade of experience working as a Contract Administrator, Senior Contract Administrator, and Project Manager across multiple construction sectors. This includes hands-on experience administering head contracts and subcontracts, managing variations and claims, and operating within the requirements of relevant Australian Standards, building codes, commercial contractual obligations, and relevant Security of Payment Act legislation across Australia.

What do you mean by “SiteDesk systems implementation”?

At the start of each engagement, SiteDesk implements our proven Contract Administration system directly onto your project. This includes setting up structured variation, claims, and procurement registers; standardised templates for correspondence and notices; clear workflows with defined turnaround times; and key date tracking for Security of Payment Act compliance. The aim is to bring immediate order, consistency, and compliance to your commercial processes, without changing how your site team builds.

Can SiteDesk assist if a legal dispute or claim arises?

Yes. Where a dispute, formal claim, or legal issue arises, SiteDesk can support compliance and coordination by maintaining and collating the critical project records required. This includes registers, contemporaneous correspondence, notices, claims, programs, and document control records. We regularly work alongside construction solicitors by providing clear, structured information to support legal advice, dispute resolution, or formal proceedings. While SiteDesk does not provide legal advice, our role is to ensure the underlying contract administration records are accurate, complete, and readily available when required.

Will I always deal with the same person?

Yes. You will deal directly with the Director throughout the engagement, ensuring consistency, accountability, and a clear understanding of your projects without handovers or re-explaining issues.
